rivers have already started to level or decrease, however the mainstem
Minnesota and Mississippi will remain elevated.
...Flood Warning now expected to end Wednesday afternoon...The Flood
Warning continues for
The Rum River near St. Francis.
* until Wednesday afternoon.
* At  8:30 PM Saturday the stage was 8.7 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 8.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 8.7 feet by after
midnight tonight. The river will fall below flood stage Tuesday
evening.
